The museum also has an online exhibition on cultural relics of the Tang Dynasty (618-907), which were collected in Northwest China's Shaanxi province.

Shenyang Financial Museum has also launched eight online exhibitions, showcasing the development history and culture of finance in China. The museum is located on the site of the former Frontier Bank, a private bank owned by Zhang Zuolin and Zhang Xueliang.
