Binhai continues its cultural development mission

In Tianjin, Binhai New Area welcomes a new cultural provider recently co-established by Yang Liping’s team and a local company.

Yang is a famous dancer in China and is known as the “Peacock Princess” after her 1986 award-winning dance performance in Spirit of the Peacock.

Binhai Cultural Center will join the newly established company to promote dance and art education and large-scale dance performances.

In recent years, Binhai has beefed up efforts in cultural development and worked with leading cultural resources, including the Tianjin Juilliard School and National Maritime Museum of China.

It has also cooperated with more aesthetic education institutions to carry out exhibitions, performances and scientific and technological experiences to enrich local people’s cultural lives.
