Hechi launches citizen service hotline

From June 25, the "12345" citizen service hotline of Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region was officially launched.

The general public is able to access the hotline in three ways: to dial 0778-12345 directly; to log on to the official website of Guangxi 12345 (12345.gxzf.gov.cn); and to follow the WeChat public account of Guangxi 12345 hotline.

The 12345 citizens service hotline of Hechi started its trial operation on Dec 25, 2019. From June 1, 2020, the city has implemented a 24/7 manual agent operating mechanism.

Since the trial operation, it has integrated the environmental protection, government affairs, women's rights protection, youth rights protection, disabled people, cultural law enforcement, business report complaint, as well as land and resources report hotlines.

At present, the 12345 citizen service hotline of Hechi has established a closed-loop system of unified reception, transfer of responsibility, time limit, unified supervision, and evaluation feedback, setting up a service platform integrating consultations, complaints, providing help, as well as receiving suggestions and reports that can be accessed by telephone and online channels.
