The Adeli Short Video Livestream E-commerce School was established on June 9 in Park 258, an innovation park in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, according to local media reports.

The school will cooperate with the Communication University of China and Xinhuanet to train young Quzhou residents and help them master popular vocational skills.

The school plans to train 5,000 e-commerce business traders, 3,000 live stream farmer hosts, 1,000 business professionals, and 200 hosts for new media each year, according to an announcement during the inauguration ceremony.

The school will also organize large rural live stream competitions to accelerate the development of the "online celebrity economy" in Quzhou.

An entrepreneurial partner program is also expected to be introduced to encourage outstanding Quzhou graduates to return to their hometown and help local villagers and businesses to promote their products via live stream.

Park 258 will use the new live stream school to develop an online celebrity economy, a "sharing economy" and an "experience economy" and turn them into the park's most unique feature.

Zhejiang Adeli Film and Television Culture Media Co Ltd relocated its headquarters from Shanghai to Quzhou in December 2019. The company is mainly dedicated to short videos, social commerce, and the cultivation of popular live stream hosts.
