Hechi's online governance platform well received by public

The online governance platform of Hechi have handled 16,800 messages from citizens and received 36,600 comments since it was established in 2011, with the average daily hits reaching 32,000.

In recent years, Hechi has taken the initiative to accept public opinion and resolve public concerns through online platforms, which has been supported and welcomed by the majority of its citizens.

In April this year, Hechi launched the convergence media platform for online government consulting on the basis of the original platform, enabling users to ask for information at any time from any location and receive advice in a variety of mediums spanning video, voice, pictures, and text.

The platform has promoted the implementation of online public welfare projects. It has built a bridge for direct communication between public welfare organizations and charities with impoverished households. In addition, over the past five years, the platform has helped more than 200 students of 35 schools obtain financial assistance, with a total of more than 2 million yuan ($279,126.07) in various grants and materials.
