Chang'an Changning Competition Base goes ahead smoothly

Main construction of the Chang'an Changning Ecological Sports Training and Competition Base was recently completed and is expected to be fully completed and delivered at the end of June this year.

The facility is located in the Duqu sub-district in Chang'an district in Xi'an, capital city of Northwest China's Shaanxi province. It will serve as the main venue for shooting and archery at the upcoming 14th National Games in 2021.

Covering a total area of 24.1 hectares and a construction area of 81,545 square meters, it includes a comprehensive shooting hall, a clay-target range, an archery range, a 400-meter track field, a storehouse and a general-purpose building.

At present, the outdoor greening project has started construction and the mechanical and electrical installation and decoration are being fast tracked.

After the project is completed, it will become a first-class domestic and international shooting and archery training and competition venue, able to stage various large-scale shooting and archery events.
