Shinan investigation group visits industrial internet demonstration platform

A group of government officials and enterprise representatives led by Xin Minzhi, deputy head of Shinan district, Qingdao, paid a visit to the city's national-level industrial internet demonstration platform and the production chains at Qingdao KuteSmart Co on April 10.

Qingdao is striving to build itself into a "global industrial internet city". To this end, Shinan district has been accelerating the integration of its internet industry, big data and real economy.

The investigation group first visited the pavilions of the intelligent manufacturing workshop and digital workshop at the industrial internet demonstration platform, where they learned about the successful experiences of other places.

With the help of PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), medical images of thousands of patients can be collected and stored. Industrial internet is expected to help promote the digital and intelligent upgrading of enterprises and set up a data sharing system, according to a representative from Qingdao Medicon Digital Engineering Co.

Later, the group observed the production line at the intelligent factory of Qingdao KuteSmart Co, where the smart system and data-driven production lines can significantly reduce the cost of human and material resources.
