Wang Hao inspects production of virus prevention materials

On Feb 2, Wang Hao -- Standing Committee Member of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee and Secretary of the Communist Party of China Xi'an Municipal Committee gave the thumbs up after he inspected the production of epidemic prevention materials and traffic controls and visited overseas-funded companies in Xi'an city, capital of Shaanxi province.

Xi'an Zhubang Nonwoven Products Co is a manufacturer of masks and alcohol wipes. In response to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, the company began working overtime from the third day of the first lunar month of Chinese calendar, enabling it to produce 25,000 masks of various types every day.

Wang learned about the raw materials reserve and the company's production capacity and he urged it to further explore expanding its production capacity while ensuring quality of output.

At Samsung (China) Semiconductor Co, Wang said Xi'an has carried out virus prevention and control work in an orderly fashion and that South Korean employees could work and live in the city without fear.

He also urged the company to increase awareness of virus prevention and control, as well as to implement measures such as temperature measurements and disinfections, to ensure the health of personnel.

In addition, he also inspected the traffic control work at the Shengyi exit and the Samsung exit of the city circle expressway and checked the details of vehicle inspections, disinfections and registration.
