They said the projects relate to the market, employment, industrial development, education, medical care, cadre selection and training. At the same time, the district will arrange for seven of its leading schools to establish communications and guidance relationships with seven schools in the town, to promote the town's education development.

In addition, the district plans to advise the town's hospitals on how to improve medical quality and safety management, medical services and information platforms, as well as on how to train professional and technical personnel.

Nanming district also plans to help local people to improve their skills and promote employment and entrepreneurship through training.

In addition, it will help the local government to open up sales channels, increase the publicity of the town's agricultural and special products and boost the sales of agricultural products.

Also, it will dispatch officials to work for poverty alleviation in the town and organize for social societies and caring people to carry out charity activities there.

Furthermore, local media reported, the district will make moves to further consolidate the development of Pu'an county, Changshun Guyang town and Longping town in Luodian county, which have already been lifted out of poverty.
