3 regulations in pilot free trade zones to be adjusted

The State Council has decided to adjust several regulations in pilot free trade zones in a circular issued on Jan 22, in order to ensure measures of reform and opening-up are implemented well in accordance with the law.

According to the announcement, three administrative rules on commercial performance, foreign-invested telecommunications enterprises and printing will be adjusted.

Ministries under the State Council, and people’s governments of Shanghai municipality, Guangdong province, Tianjin municipality, Fujian province, Liaoning province, Zhejiang province, Henan province, Hubei province, Chongqing municipality, Sichuan province, Shaanxi province, Hainan province, Shandong province, Jiangsu province, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, Hebei province, Yunnan province and Heilongjiang province should make adjustments in their local regulations accordingly and establish appropriate management systems, the announcement read.
