Aerosun Corporation

Established in September 1999, Aerosun Corporation has a long history which can be traced back to the year 1865 when it was called Jinling Manufacturing Bureau, following its establishment during the Westernization Movement of Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). It was regarded as the cradle of Chinese national industry in modern times.

Following the foundation of the People’s Republic of China, it was subordinated to the Arms Industry and Aerospace Industry Ministry. Today it is directly subordinated to the China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation.

The total occupied area of Aerosun Corporation is 837,600 square meters and it currently has 2,490 employees. Among the company’s workers are 1,240 holders with a bachelor degree or above, 770 engineers and 11 experts in receipt of a government allowance.

Aerosun is a leading scientific research and production base for special purpose vehicles, producing 28 kinds of vehicles with 300 variants. It was the first enterprise in China which gained the Product Certificate of Oil Refueller for Civil Aviation Airport, and to become a specified research and production enterprise for the Military Oil Refueller.

As a world-famous research and production base of bronze artwork, Aerosun Corporation has undertaken and successfully completed many significant Central Gift projects. And its artistic engineering products are well known at home and abroad.
