Hunan Western (Zhangjiajie) China International Travel Service Co., Ltd (CITS), as one of the first professional tourism organizations which own business license for international travel agency issued by China National Tourism Administration (business license number: L-HUN-08017), is the only demonstration comprehensive tourism enterprise established by the Tourism Bureau of Hunan Province in Zhangjiajie.

Founded in the early 1980s, it boasts rich experience on receiving tourists from home and abroad and always maintains high service standard and good reputation. CITS now has 315 employees, including 182 Chinese-speaking tour guides, 16 English-speaking tour guides and 52 Korean-speaking tour guides. 90% of the tour guides hold academic degree above junior college level.The company receives more than 100,000 tourists every year, of which 30,000 are  overseas visitors. It has been honored by Zhangjiajie Municipal Tourism Administration and Tourism Bureau of Hunan Province for many times.
