According to the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration Development Plan (2017-20), a series of supportive polices in finance and other fields will be implemented to lower the threshold for migrant workers to start their own businesses, and strengthen entrepreneurship training for returned rural migrant workers.
By combining the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas, and the construction of characteristic towns, the region aims to set up a series of pioneering parks for farmers and returned migrant workers to boost sustainable economic and social development in the region.
