Create good ecological environment for innovation and entrepreneurship

Under the guidance of the development plan approved by the State Council on Jan 20, 2017, the city cluster will integrate public service resources, explore a service mode that is guided by government, served by intermediary agents and participated in by society. It will actively develop public services such as entrepreneurship guidance, information consultation, technological support and achievement transaction.

Capable cities can provide normative financing guarantee services. The region will speed up the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship bases in Nanning, Zhanjiang, Haikou and Yulin, etc.. It also plans to improve the region's financing mode and beef up support for innovation and entrepreneurship.
