Turkish Ambassador eyes more opportunities for bilateral deals

Emin Önen, Turkish Ambassador to China, talked with China Daily about China’s transformation and overseas projects.

During the interview, the ambassador mentioned the Chinese-built Ankara-Istanbul high-speed railway, which he said brings great convenience and opportunities for large numbers of people and cities along the routes.

Önen is particularly impressed by the huge changes happening in China, especially the technological accomplishments it’s made in the past years. He views the changes as more opportunities for two-way investment between China and Turkey.
