The booming season of the cruise ship SuperStar Gemini began recently. The ship will operate a total of 53 voyages from its home port of Xiamen, a coastal city in Fujian province, to Japan's Miyako, Naha and Yaeyama, with the season lasting until Nov 7.
According to the ship's manager, this year SuperStar Gemini's itinerary is more user-friendly, with improvements to shore sightseeing and on-board services. For example, an extra tour around the ship is added to help the tourists who are boarding the ship for the first time have a clear view of the facilities and service distribution.
Also the ship will be dedicated to providing a full range of activities to enrich life on board, including board games and dance competitions. There will be 11 restaurants and bars with different cuisines, serving meals 24 hours a day.
