Zhanjiang celebrates Party's 98th birthday with poetry recital

A poetry recital was held at the city library in Zhanjiang's Chikan district on June 22 to celebrate the upcoming 98th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

The activity attracted many participants. They recited poems such as the Sky of July, Birthday of the Party, and My Dear Motherland with full enthusiasm. The recital ended with the singing of My Motherland and I.

The event was jointly organized by the municipal cultural and tourism bureau, the city library, as well as Chikan district's publicity department, literary federation, education bureau, and recitation association.
