Conference on International Exchange of Professionals

The Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (CIEP), approved by the State Council and founded by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs in 2001, is China's only international exchange for professionals and intellectuals that caters specifically to foreign professional organizations, training institutions and experts. Characterized by its large size and high profile, CIEP is a comprehensive conference bringing together talent, intelligence, technology, projects and management, and has been successfully held for 17 consecutive years.

Since 2015, the International Technology Transfer and Cooperation Network (ITTN) has been the main organizer. For four consecutive years, under the guidance of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and the Shenzhen municipal people's government, the conference has successfully held the special section on international technology transfer and innovation cooperation. Each session has organized more than 1,000 domestic and foreign guests from more than 20 countries and regions and more than 30 provinces and cities, carrying out nearly 800 effective negotiations for more than 200 projects.
