Suizhou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone

Suizhou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone is a national-level high-tech zone located in the east of Suizhou city. Its predecessor, Suizhou Economic Development Zone, was established in April 2001. It became a provincial-level high-tech zone in March 2006, and received its current name in 2014. It was upgraded to a national-level high-tech zone in 2017. The zone has a total area of 305 sq km.

In recent years, the zone has formed and consolidated an industrial system consisting of automobile mechanics, electronic information, biological agriculture, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, new energies and new materials, large-scale trade logistics and modern services.

The zone is composed of four parks and two districts, namely, the 11.5 sq km Chengdong Automobile Electronics Park, the 9 sq km Tiebei Food and Medicines Park, the 7 sq km Xihe Chemical Industrial Park, the 17 sq km Funan High-Tech Park; and the 7.5 sq km Zhanqian Business District and the 5 sq km Xihe Comprehensive Services District.
