Shenyang expo showcases latest architectural developments

The 8th China (Shenyang) International Modern Architecture Industry Exposition was held at the Shenyang International Exhibition Center in Shenyang, capital of Northeast China’s Liaoning province, from May 17 to 19.

Sponsored by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Shenyang municipal government, the expo was themed on “regional cooperation and innovative development”.

More than 200 enterprises from home and abroad participated in the event, showcasing the latest developments in the modern architecture sector.

The expo focused on the prefabricated construction industry and introduced the newest prefabricated construction technology and works.

The Liaoning Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development also simultaneously hosted the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Achievements Exhibition of Liaoning Province, with 14 cities in Liaoning province showcasing their urban landscape acheivements over the past 70 years.

The Shenyang International Modern Architecture Industry Exposition is one of the country’s most influential prefabricated construction exhibitions and is very significant to the development of modern architecture in Liaoning province.
