Guangzhou Sunshine Hotel is located in the Tianhe district of Guangzhou, at the south gate of beautiful Tianhe Park. It is adjacent to Guangzhou Tianhe Software Park and Guangzhou Information Port in the north and Zhujiang New Town in the west. It faces the Pazhou International Exhibition Center across the river.

The hotel has 320 guest rooms and suites that are luxuriously furnished and very comfortable. All rooms are located above the 31st floor, with large floor-to-ceiling windows providing great views. The hotel offers views of beautiful scenery on both sides of the Pearl River, as well as Guangzhou Tower.

The hotel has 17 fully equipped meeting rooms, covering more than 3,600 square meters. It is an ideal venue for forums, press conferences, lectures, seminars and business meetings. The international conference center on the first floor covers 1,100 sq m, with a six-meter ceiling mete and can accommodate 600 people to hold various business activities. 

The hotel provides both Chinese boutique cuisine and Western-style buffet. The Royal Banquet Chinese Restaurant on the fifth floor has 19 luxurious and independent private dining rooms. The Western restaurant on the second floor can accommodate 200 guests and provides a variety of Western and Southeast Asian dishes.

The business center provides guests with all the equipment for work, and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are great places for guests to relax.
