International Grand City is a one-stop fashion shopping center which forms one part of a major  urban complex. The project came into being through the collaboration of three powerful developers – Hong Kong's Sun Hung Kai Properties, R&F Properties and Guangzhou's KWG Property. Apart from the shopping center, the project includes office buildings, a five star hotel, luxury serviced apartments and an art park. The shopping center covers 100,000 square meters.
