Guiyang optimizes living environment for talents

According to the planning bureau of Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Southwest China's Guizhou province, three talent towns will be built along the Shubo (big data expo) Avenue this year.

The construction of Zhigu (Knowledge Valley) Talent Town has started in August 2018 and is estimated to be finished during the first half of 2021. The talent town is located in the south of Guizhou Science City with a total construction area of 156,000 square meters.

When finished, the talent town will be equipped with 572 apartments, as well as offices, commercial facilities, cultural facilities, and education facilities nearby.

Keji (Technology) Talent Town and Taiyang Lake Talent Town will start to be constructed this year to provide a better living environment for the talents working in Guiyang.

Keji Talent Town is located in the north of Shubo Avenue and south of Guizhou Science City covering a construction area of 1.47 million sq m. When finished, it will have the functions of technology innovation, scientific research, human resources services, hotels, living communities, catering facilities, and high-end shopping centers.

Taiyang Lake Talent Town is located in the north of Shubo Avenue and northeast of Guizhou Science City covering a construction area of 260,000 sq m. It will feature a living environment comprised of small apartments, high-end residential buildings, and commercial blocks integrating creative culture, folk culture, and commerce.

As the first national high-tech industrial development zone and the only special talent zone in Guizhou, Guiyang values high-end talents and strives to provide a diversified and convenient environment for them.
