Zhanjiang Party chief vows to safeguard city's natural resources

Zheng Renhao, Party chief of Zhanjiang, met with Ye Mingquan, head of Guangzhou bureau of state land supervision, on April 24, as Ye led an inspection team to Zhanjiang.

During the meeting, Zheng gave an overview of Zhanjiang's development and vowed that the city will continue to standardize land management, intensifying reform innovation and maximizing land use efficiency. Zheng also noted that Zhanjiang will rectify existing problems and strictly crack down on various violations of laws and regulations with a "zero tolerance" attitude, as well as protect the natural resources of Zhanjiang. 

Ye spoke highly of Zhanjiang's efforts on rectifying the illegal use of land and said his bureau will intensify inspection and supervision, striving to help the city realize scientific and sustainable development.
