Established in 1987, China International Intellectech Co, or CIIC, is a major backbone enterprise administrated by the Central Government and a state-owned company specializing in human resources and intellectual services. Headquartered in Beijing, it has built a service network covering 300 cities across China.
CIIC's business covers human resources outsourcing and management consulting, recruitment, training, international human resources services (including export of labor services and international business services) and trade in technology. By the end of 2017, CIIC had maintained a growth rate higher than the average national growth rate for 23 consecutive years and reported 30-consecutive year of rapid business growth.
It provides services for about 90,000 companies and has 6 million employees worldwide. In 2017, it ranked 231st among the Top 500 Chinese Companies and 92nd of the Top 100 Chinese Service Enterprises.
Honors in 2018
CIIC Henan was honored as a national demonstration human resources organization for sincere services by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Henan Province.
CIIC Tianjin won the May 1 Labor Certificate of Tianjin for 2017
CIIC Anhui was elected the vice-chairman unit of the Hefei Human Resources Service Association.
CIIC Henan was identified as a headquarter enterprise of Zhenzhen by the municipal government.
CIIC named The Best HR Integrated Service Provider in Greater China for 2017-2018.
CIIC Macao was rewarded for its stable growth in 2017 and efforts in poverty relief.
CIIC Hubei was rated as a provincial demonstration human resources organization for sincere services.
CIIC Sichuan won the honor of "Advanced Organization of Employment and Entrepreneurship Services for College Graduates for 2017".
CIIC Guanaitong won a gold award at the Shanghai Creative Industry Expo and was identified as a special enterprise with professional and innovative services by the municipal government of Shanghai.
CIIC Shandong’s general manager Lun Nianhong was elected as a high-level innovative talent by the “5150 Talent Plan” of Jinan for 2017.
Five CIIC subsidiaries were listed among national demonstration human resources organization for sincere services.
