Founded in Shenzhen in 1996, Excellence Group is now a powerful enterprise group with businesses set up in 36 first-tier cities across China. The group mainly focuses on real estate development, financial investment and asset management. 

Over the past 22 years, Excellence Group has developed more than 20 million square meters of real estate. It has established 50 project departments of more than 400 people. At present, the company's projects cover all the core areas of Shenzhen. In the company will actively expand to first-tier cities and high GDP growth cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Huizhou and Dongguan. 

Excellence Finance was formally established in early 2015. It has launched three major segments in real estate funds, equity investment and microfinance (small sustainable financial products and services for small and micro-enterprises and low- and middle-income groups). Current total assets have exceeded 6 billion yuan ($896.75 million).

Excellent Asset Management has created a business space operation management system, and built three product lines in high-end office buildings, industrial parks and long-term rental apartments, forming a full-service circle of business ecology. So far, the management area is over 720,000 square meters, and the assets under management are valued at over 23.5 billion yuan. The group's businesses cover 24 first-tier cities and regional key cities in China, with the project area over 25 million sq m and more than 10,000 employees.
