Established on June 16, 2003, Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Co is an important passenger vehicle segment of Dongfeng Motor Co, which is engaged in research and development, procurement, manufacturing, sales and service of NISSAN brand passenger vehicles. 

The company consists of a passenger car company, Huadu factory, Xiangyang factory, Zhengzhou factory, Dalian factory, an engine branch and a technology center. It has 18,280 employees. 

In the past 15 years, the company has achieved remarkable advances. The annual output value increased to 160 billion yuan ($23.86 billion) in 2017, the accumulated tax payment for enterprises in 2003-2017 was 148.23 billion yuan. Its sales service outlets have increased to 1,114, covering all provinces and capital cities on the Chinese mainland, and have widely ranked at the forefront of the industry.
