Zheshang Insurance Co Ltd is a national property insurance company headquartered in Zhejiang. With a registered capital of 3 billion yuan ($447.55 million), the company was jointly established by Zhejiang Commercial Group Co Ltd, Zhejiang Energy Group Co Ltd and Youngor Group Co Ltd.

The company gained approval from the Central Insurance Regulatory Commission on June 23, 2009.

At present, the company has established business in 15 major provinces and cities, including Zhejiang, Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, Jiangsu and Guangdong. The company's business involves more than 100 types of corporate property insurance and vehicle insurance.

Since the establishment of the company, the scale of business has grown rapidly, and the accumulated premium income has exceeded 20 billion yuan. In the first insurance industry blue book, China Insurance Industry Competitiveness Report, the company ranked 11th in terms of comprehensive competitiveness.
