Yongxing is a Sino-foreign joint venture invested in by LG Chem Co Ltd, the largest integrated chemical company in South Korea, and Ningbo Yuxing Chemical Investment Co Ltd, a State-owned enterprise.  

After more than 10 years of development, Ningbo Yongxing Chemical has become the largest ABS manufacturer in China, and has been hailed by China Chemical News as a “miracle of chemical companies”. It has also been dubbed the “model of LG Group's overseas investment” by that group's CEO.
