According to statistics, in 2018 the total annual output of aquatic products was 158,581 tons. The output value of the fishery sector reached 253.53 million yuan ($37.77 million), a year-on-year growth of 2.78 percent, of which 146,098 tons were produced in seawater, an increase of 3.22 percent year-on-year.
