Silk Road Maritime Operations announces 18 new routes

Representatives of the International integrated logistics service platform -- Silk Road Maritime Operations, an integrated shipping service platform, recently held a press conference to announce the addition of 18 new shipping routes to its portfolio. The shipping service opened last year with an initial 16 maritime routes.
The company now oversees a total of 34 routes, 28 of which run through Xiamen Port and six through Fuzhou Port.
The new routes include service to ports such as Manila and Ho Chi Minh as well as destinations in Iran, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. Officials also announced deeper integration with mainland-bound rail transport.
