Nanyang carries out 25 important development projects

Nanyang began construction on its first quarter warehouse and logistics projects at the Opto-Electronics Industry Cluster in Wolong district on Feb 23.

A total of 25 projects receiving 3.5 billion yuan ($523 million) in investment have started construction. The projects range from manufacturing, trade logistics, and modern agriculture to infrastructure and social causes. They are meant to lay a foundation for certain industries and promote their long-term interests. These projects are expected to help Wolong district gain development momentum and turn Nanyang into an influential city with large industrial clusters.

This year, Wolong is focusing on infrastructure construction and livelihood projects. Throughout the development of the city's projects, the Wolong government has been playing a significant role in improving industrial structures, forming industrial clusters, and accelerating industrial transformation.
