Situated at Zhoushan, where the Yangtze River meets China’s eastern coastline, the China (Zhejiang) Free Trade Zone enjoys a superior geographical location.

The Zhoushan-Ningbo Port, with abundant deep-water shoreline resources, is one of the busiest ports in the world in terms of container throughput.

Established in 2017, the free trade zone, with a range of natural advantages, aims to promote free trade of bulk commodities and the development of a complete industrial chain of oil products.

Efforts are also underway to build bases for international marine services, green petrochemical production, ore transiting and processing, and aviation industrial clusters.

The China (Zhejiang) Free Trade Zone is a pioneer in building a sound business environment. Innovative measures including a “one visit for all” service mechanism and easier market access for foreign investors have made the zone more attractive for entrepreneurship.
