Doushan village, in Xibei town in Wuxi's Xishan district, is named after Doushan Mountain.
The village was listed among China's 150 most beautiful leisure villages by the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Affairs in October 2018, the only one in Wuxi to be named that year.
Morning mist in Doushan village is one of its most charming views, with the low-lying mist drifting below the tops of trees and houses without hiding their beauty. It is a unique climatic phenomenon in southern Jiangsu province.
