Yangfan Group Co Ltd, formerly known as Zhoushan Shipyard, specializes in shipbuilding and marine outfitting manufacturing. With an area of 2,250 square kilometers and a total coastline of 5.239 km, it is one of the leading shipbuilders and marine product exporters in East China. 

The group owns five major subsidiary shipyards: the Zhoushan Shipyard, Zhejiang East Coast Shipbuilding Co Ltd, Zhoushan Dashenzhou Shipbuilding Co Ltd, Qingdao Yangfan Shipbuilding Co Ltd, and Zhejiang Yangfan General-use Machinery Manufacturing Co Ltd.  

With annual shipbuilding capacity exceeding 3.5 million deadweight tonnage (DWT), Yangfan Group has joined the top 10 enterprises in China's shipbuilding industry in terms of export volume and independent innovation capability.
