Artinno Town, a central part of the Zhijiang Cultural Industry Belt, is a creative hub and incubator of Hangzhou which demonstrates the development of creative industries in the region. Surrounded by the renowned China Academy of Art and many museums, the hub has established friendly relationships with the village of La Villette in France and other international art institutions.
