Taibai Mountain, Baoji
(宝鸡市太白山旅游景区 bǎo jī tài bái shān lyǔ yóu jǐng qū)
Located in Meixian county, Baoji city, Northwest China's Shaanxi province, Taibai Mountain National Forest Park covers an area of 2,949 hectares with a forest coverage rate of 94.3 percent. Approved by the State Forestry Administration in 1991, the park opened to the public in July 1992. Through years of development, the park has grown into a multifunctional tourist destination integrating sightseeing, traveling, recreation, scientific investigation, exploration and healthcare.
As you explore the park, you will encounter various waterfalls and temples spreading out over 180 scenic spots in eight scenic areas. The altitude ranges from 620 to 3,767 meters making it China’s tallest national forest park. The climate here is cool and the peak is covered with snow year-round, creating a stunningly picturesque view and providing visitors a good place to escape the summer heat.

① Children below 1.2 meters;
② Active servicemen, armed police forces, journalists, tour guides, Taoist priests, Buddhists, disabled persons, retired army officers aged 60 or above, those aged 65 or above with valid certificate.
Half Price:
① Children between 1.2 and 1.4 meters;
② Full-time university bachelor or junior degrees with registered student ID card.

1. Tickets for sightseeing buses cost 30 yuan for one-way and 60 yuan round-trip.
2. The climate on the mountain is rather cold, so prepare enough clothes to keep warm.
3. Smoking is forbidden in the park.
4. Accident insurance is 10 yuan for each visitor.
