Rugao, Haimen, Qidong on best 30 county-level cities list

Three Nantong county-level cities - Rugao, Haimen and Qidong were listed among the "2018 Top 30 China's Best County-level Cities," released by Forbes China recently. 

Rugao ranks 9th on the list, while Haimen and Qidong rank 25th and 29th respectively. 

It was a sub list of the "Top 100 China's Best Cities for Business 2018". A total of 19 cities in Jiangsu province were listed, in which Nantong ranked 37th, and Rugao ranked 66th, making it the only county-level city in Nantong on the list. 

Forbes China launched the list in 2004, aiming to rank cities for developing businesses and life qualities for people through eight aspects, talent, urban scale, consumption power, passenger transport, freight transport, private economy vitality, operating costs and innovation.
