Overseas Chinese City Group (OCT) is a large central SOEs directly managed by the SASAC. It has holding shares in Overseas Chinese City A, Konka Group, Overseas Chinese City Asia, Yunnan Tourism, Tianshi Culture and other listed companies, and is among the first batch of the national cultural industry demonstration bases and the national Top 30 cultural enterprises. It has been appraised Class A in the operation and performance assessment by SASAC for seven consecutive years since 2010, and its assets have exceeded 300 billion yuan.
OCT has nurtured leading domestic business in tourism and related cultural industries, real estate and hotel development, and electronics and related packaging products manufacturing, committed to improving the quality of life of the Chinese people. Among them, Konka, Happy Valley theme park, Window of the World, East OCT, and OCT LOFT and so on are industry leading brands.
