Shenyang to combine e-commerce and logistics

In order to promote the e-commerce and the small parcel delivery industry, strengthening industrial synergy, Shenyang municipal people's government recently formulated and launched a plan of action. 

The plan put forward new ideas, principles and measures to solve the emerging questions based on the challenges specific to Shenyang, providing policy guidelines for the healthy growth of e-commerce. 

The plan consists of four parts, including the innovation in policy, the construction of infrastructural facilities, optimizing distribution and traffic regulations, and improving the capacity of terminal services.
