5. Zhongshan Park

A ginkgo tree in Zhongshan Park, Dalian 

Located in the eastern part of Shahekou district in Dalian, Zhongshan Park covers more than 110,000 square meters. The park has running tracks, landscaped areas and fitness zones, as well as a bronze statue of Dr Sun Yat-sen.

More than 20,000 trees in about 70 categories have been planted at the park, including ginkgo trees.
