Smart cities event set to open in Shenyang

The Fifth China Smart City Innovation Conference is set to take place in Shenyang from Nov 2 to 3, with a theme of intelligent manufacturing and smart governance.

The conference is expected to serve as a publicity platform to promote smart cities and relevant local and national government policies to encourage their construction.

Four topics will be the focus of this year's conference –– the promotion of policies related to the development of smart cities; models of smart urban governance; innovation in the digital economy, and exchanges among global smart cities.
