Nanyang Jiangying Airport will open direct flights to Lanzhou in Northwest China's Gansu province from Oct 28 after adjusting to the winter-spring aviation season.

An Airbus A320 will cover the new route operated by China Southern Airlines. Flight CZ3920 will depart from Nanyang everyday at 9:40 am and arrive in Lanzhou at 11:45 am. The return Flight CZ3919 will leave Lanzhou at 12:35 pm and arrive in Nanyang at 2:10 pm.

Lanzhou is the capital of Gansu province and its largest city. Located on the banks of the Yellow River, it is a key regional transportation hub, connecting areas further west by rail to the eastern half of the country. In addition to Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Shanghai, Nanyang Airport has opened flights to Nanning, Jinan, Guiyang, Lanzhou, Chongqing, Tianjin, Xiamen, Shantou, Haikou and other popular cities, becoming a convenient passage for tourism and business between Nanyang and further afield.

Some flights have changed their schedule due to aviation season adjustments. The Nanyang-Shenzhen flight will leave Nanyang at 2:55 pm every day and arrive in Shenzhen at 4:55 pm. The return flight will then leave Shenzhen at 6:50 am and land in Nanyang at 8:55 am.
