Dalian Intl Automotive Exhibition to be held on Aug 15

The 23rd Dalian International Automotive Exhibition will be held at the Dalian Xinhai Convention & Exhibition Center and Dalian World Expo Center in Dalian city, Liaoning province, from Aug 15 to 19.

The exhibition will attract 380 companies from all over the world, including the United States, Germany, the UK, France, Italy, Japan and South Korea. These companies are to exhibit 1,386 vehicles of 160 brands across an area of 12,000 square meters.

Dalian’s coastal location and bonded ports make it easier to import cars than other Chinese cities, which helps the automotive exhibition win global popularity.

Rolls-Royce Cullinan priced at over 6 million yuan ($871,566. 26) will debut at the exhibition. There are only two such models available in China. Other ultra-luxury auto models will also be showcased, such as the limited-edition of Aston Martin DB11 NC500, Lamborghini Urus, the new Bentley Continental GT, Maserati Levante and Porsche 911 Carrera.

Many national automakers will also participate in the exhibition to get their brands worldwide exposure, including SAIC Motor, FAW Group Corporation, Dongfeng Motor, GAC Group, Changan Automobile and BAIC Group.

The exhibition is hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Dalian Sub-council Administrative and Dalian Chamber of International Commerce Exhibition Co.

Exhibition Time: 10 am to 7 pm (August 15 to 18); 10 am to 5 pm (August 19)
