Zhuhai Kingsoft Office Software is a leading software developer headquartered in Jida area of Xiangzhou Distirct.
Established in 1988, Kingsoft is one of the earliest internet companies in China. It historically has focused on development of Microsoft Windows systems. It also has expertise on interactive entertainment and internet security. WPS Office, a most popular software products in the country, is one of its most successful products.
As of the end of 2017, the company has had revenue of over 10 billion yuan ($1.6 billion) for five consecutive years, the highest in Zhuhai; the sum includes that of Cheetah Mobile, an independent mobile internet subsidiary.
Kingsoft Software Park Phase I opened at the Zhuhai National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone (Tangjiawan) in 2017.
The company ranked 14th on China's 2018 Top 100 Internet Companies list released by the Internet Society of China and the Ministry of Industry & Information Technology.
