Bao Fa Yuan Four Specialties, 宝发园, baofayuansijuecai
Bao Fa Yuan restaurant was founded in 1909 in Shenyang. It offers four specialty dishes –– fried pork liver, fried pork kidney pieces, slided egg yolk, and croqueta. In 1980, Shenyang municipal government officially named the four special dishes as "four specialties". The restaurant was recognized in the first batch of “China Time-honored Brands” by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China in 2006.
