Harbin works to ensure legal services for all

The government of Harbin recently launched several new policies to ensure better access to legal services for residents of the city. 

Individuals will now be able to access services related to filing lawsuits online, and the people’s municipal court of Harbin has set up an “e-court” which allows parties to check pre-trial procedures and follow the progress of a case over the internet.

The city has also set up a new system allowing businesses to easily search bribery records.

Moreover, Harbin bureau of justice has been working hard to relieve the financial burden on companies seeking legal expertise, including promoting free consultations by local judicial and administrative departments.
