Construction of Lushun Innovation and Investment Mansion starts

A foundation stone laying ceremony for Lushun Innovation and Investment Mansion is held in Lushunkou district of Dalian, Liaoning province, June 10. The project covers 25,000 square meters, with estimated investment of 500 million yuan ($77.3 million).
