Conference demonstrates Guangzhou's innovations in intelligent manufacturing

The Guangzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Conference, a platform for manufacturing enterprises to discuss digitization technology ideas and practices, was held in Guangzhou on June 5.

One highlight of the conference was the 3D experience zone, which demonstrates a range of digital solutions in fields like life sciences, power, shipbuilding, and automobiles, as well as smart city construction.

The Dassault Systemes 3D Experience Forum was also held during the conference, with government officials such as Chen Zhiying, vice mayor of Guangzhou, Gao Yuyue, deputy secretary-general of the Guangzhou municipal government, Lei Weiju, deputy director of the foreign affairs office of the Guangzhou municipal government, and Bernard Charles, CEO of Dassault Systemes, attending.

Dassault Systemes is a world-leading 3D experience company providing businesses and people with virtual universes that help come up with sustainable innovations.

During the events, Gao signed an agreement with Sylvain Laurent, executive vice president of Dassault Systemes global field operations in Asia and Oceania and global direct business transformation sales force, to boost cooperation in many innovative projects between Guangzhou and Dassault Systemes.

Jiangnan Shipyard Group, China Railway Design Corporation, car manufacturer Nio, and smartphone manufacturer Huawei also shared their intelligent manufacturing practices at the conference.
