Ready to slice off an entire roasted cow in Ordos

The 11th Ordos Mongolian Ethnic Tradition and Custom Festival alongside the World's Entire Roasted Cow Fair is arranged to be held in Uxin Banner from June 16 to 24, according to the press conference on May 19.

Assortments of events were held including Mongolian dancing, folk customs and the exhibition of an entire roaster cow at the site. The activity aims to gather local natural and cultural resources to develop tourism and economy and thus combat poverty alleviation among local farmers and herdsmen.
